Below are the steps to guide you through CoreELMS, the software you’ll use to upload your pre-clinical documentation and manage your placement.
Log in to CoreELMS using your Moodle login and password
If you use a school issued Gmail address to log into Moodle, you can use the same email to log into CoreELMS here: https://services.corehighered.com/sso/cbd/
Log in to CoreELMS with a username and password
If you use a personal email to log in to Moodle, you can log in with the password you received via email at https://corehighered.com/login-elms
If you did not receive login credentials, please use the form at https://corehighered.com/student-instructor-support-form
Upload Medical Documents:
Once logged in, navigate to the ‘Requirements’ section and start uploading all necessary medical documents.
Manage Your Clinical Placements:
Later, you will use CoreELMS to view and manage your clinical placements, ensuring you are prepared for each rotation.
Important Note:
Incomplete files or missing documentation will impede your ability to proceed to your clinical modules. Ensure that all of your documents are completed and uploaded by the deadlines.

- Regularly check your CoreELMS account for updates on document approvals and upcoming placements.
- Keep a backup of all uploaded documents.
- Reach out to your Clinical Instructor for any questions about documents or due dates.
