Student Advising Form Block

The Student Advising Form is a block in the right-side menu. Expand/Collapse the menu using the red arrow button. When expanded, click the pin icon to keep it expanded, or click twice to collapse. 

1. Navigate to the relevant course and be sure Editing is turned on
2. Click Grades in the left-side navigation, then click the student's name to open their profile page.
3. If necessary, open the right-side menu (see top of this article)
4. Fill out the form and click Submit.
