Instructors: If you need to manually override a student's exam grade for academic integrity issues, you can not simply override the score with a Zero, or your override will be automatically replaced when the completion script runs at the end of the day/week.
Moodle stores grades to five decimal places; the method below will give the student a grade that is effectively 0 but will not trigger the task to remove the overrides.
Instructions:
1. Turn Editing Mode On in the upper right corner of the window
2. Navigate to the Course's Grader Report and scroll to the activity. Click the Pencil Icon to edit
3. Click the Override checkbox next to the student's name and enter 0.00001 in the Grade field.
4. Scroll to the bottom and click Save.
